Terms of Service
Effective July 18, 2026
Using the service
InvoiceFlow Canada lets you create, send, and download invoices, with or without an account. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, business details, and tax information you enter.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use InvoiceFlow Canada to:
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or illegal invoices or documents.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
- Disrupt or overload the service (for example, automated abuse of guest export endpoints).
- Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law.
Tax accuracy
InvoiceFlow Canada calculates GST/HST/PST/QST based on published rates for informational purposes, but you're responsible for verifying your own tax obligations, registration status, and the accuracy of tax charged on your invoices. This is not tax or accounting advice — when in doubt, confirm with the CRA or an accountant.
The free service, and no warranty
InvoiceFlow Canada is currently provided free of charge, with no guaranteed uptime or support response time. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlow Canada is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including errors in invoices you create or tax calculations you rely on.
Your data
You own the content of your invoices and business data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly the acceptable use section above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
